30-day refunds
If a paid Nathaniel Labs product is not a fit, request a refund within 30 days of purchase. The policy is intentionally simple so support can resolve issues quickly.
Refund policy
30 days, no long argument.
Nathaniel Labs sells digital software. When Paddle checkout is enabled, Paddle may process eligible refunds as merchant of record. Last updated July 8, 2026.
Digital delivery
Products are delivered digitally as downloads, licenses, or hosted access. Refunds revoke the related paid entitlement when the refund is processed.
Subscriptions
If a hosted product uses a subscription, canceling stops future renewals. Refund requests for recent subscription payments follow the same 30-day window unless the checkout terms state otherwise.
Abuse and fraud
Refunds may be refused for fraud, repeated policy abuse, chargeback misuse, rights infringement, or attempts to keep using paid access after a refund.
