Nathaniel Labs products are digital software tools. Mac apps may include a trial period before purchase. Paid access grants a personal or business license for the product and plan shown at checkout.
Terms of service
Plain rules for small software tools.
These terms apply to Nathaniel Labs apps, downloads, trials, licenses, hosted services, and checkout flows. Last updated July 8, 2026.
Payments
Paid checkout, taxes, receipts, subscription management, and refunds may be handled by Paddle as merchant of record once Paddle approval is complete. Prices and plan terms are shown before purchase.
Acceptable use
You may not use Nathaniel Labs products to bypass DRM, capture private material without permission, infringe rights, distribute unlawful content, or violate a platform's terms. GrabIt is intended for media you own or have permission to capture and archive.
Updates and availability
Apps may receive maintenance updates, security fixes, and product changes. Experimental or early-access features may change, pause, or retire while the product is still being validated.
Warranty limits
Products are provided as-is to the fullest extent allowed by law. Nathaniel Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the software.
Support and account actions
Support, licensing help, rights concerns, and refund requests route through the support page. Access may be suspended for abuse, fraud, rights infringement, or policy violations.
